What Is Your Return Policy?

At Lash'd Out Lounge, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the highest quality products/services and ensure that each customer experience is exceptional.

Please note the following details regarding our NO-RETURN policy:

1. All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products/services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

2. Exceptions: In the rare case of a defective product or a mistake in your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

3. Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days (not including 1-2 days processing time). Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time. 

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the courier’s website.
